We're on the hunt for the next FREEDOM FIGHTER to be part of the illumin8 family and add value to our thriving team, and our incredible clients. Your role and responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date financial information for clients by recording everyday transactions, preparing Business Activity Statements, processing payroll and producing financial reports.

While you're going to love the flexibility and options this role offers, we’re going to love that you:

1. Are highly efficient and have out of this world communication skills
2. Consistently deliver high level attention to detail, maintaining client records with ease and joy
3. Pride yourself on your kick-ass personality
4. Having proficiency in Xero software would be great (but not required), bonus points for Receipt Bank
5. Are Xero Certified and have Xero Payroll Certification (or aiming towards this)
6. Basic understanding of accounting principles 

Perfect for a ‘return to work parent’, someone who values flexibility, or a university/ TAFE student - our bookkeeper will love working alongside our large range of clients and be equally as invested in who our clients are as people, as well as their business and the ‘numbers’.  We combine our innovative and driven approach, with our quirky vibe, making illumin8 one truly unique workplace. 

This role will begin as 1-2 days per week (or hours equivalent), with the potential to grow as illumin8 continues to. So, hurry up and get in touch with us, as we are dying to meet you!
